The Black Magic Video Assist is a 5 inch 1920 x 1080 high resolution screen that can be added to your camera setup to ensure that you capture perfect focus every time as well as perfect framing. The monitor has a built in recorder that uses high speed, inexpensive SD cards to record ProRes and DNxHD, this means that there is a faster post production time allowing editing to be immediate. Touch screen control make adjustments a breeze. Every function is at your fingertips – from changing settings, evaluating audio levels, to checking your histogram, current input frame rate, timecode – all while keeping your eyes on the ultimate shot.
